Services

BRSV DESIGN provides creative services including graphic design, logo design, apparel artwork, promotional materials, and landing-page design. Exact deliverables are determined by the selected package and written project request.

Request Queue

“Unlimited requests” means the customer may maintain an unlimited number of requests in the queue. Work is completed one request at a time unless a package expressly states otherwise. Complex projects may be divided into multiple requests.

Turnaround

Turnaround periods are good-faith estimates and are not guarantees. Timing may be affected by complexity, revision requests, incomplete information, third-party services, and delays in customer feedback.

Revisions

Packages include the number of revision rounds listed on the pricing page. A revision modifies the selected concept and does not include a completely new direction. Additional work may require a separate request or fee.

Payments and Cancellations

Subscription fees are billed in advance. Customers may cancel before the next renewal. Payments for completed work, started work, subscription periods already billed, and one-time packages are nonrefundable except where required by law.

Customer Materials

The customer confirms they have permission to use all submitted names, trademarks, photographs, graphics, wording, and other materials. The customer is responsible for final proofreading and legal review.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, approved final custom artwork is assigned to the customer except for third-party fonts, stock assets, software, templates, and licensed materials. BRSV DESIGN may display finished work in its portfolio unless a separate confidentiality agreement prohibits it.

Excluded Costs

Printing, garments, hosting, domain registration, paid plugins, stock licensing, advertising spend, shipping, and third-party services are not included unless stated in writing.
