The system is intentionally simple. You should know exactly how requests, revisions, ownership, billing, pausing, and cancellation work before you subscribe.
Yes. You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period, so you keep access through that date and will not be charged again. Payments already processed are nonrefundable.
Yes. You may request to pause your subscription for up to 90 days. Billing and active design work stop during the approved pause period. Your existing project information and request queue remain saved, and service resumes when billing restarts. Please request a pause before your next renewal date.
Cancellation will be available through Stripe's secure customer billing portal. To request a temporary pause, contact BRSV DESIGN before your renewal date at info@brsvdesign.com.
You may keep as many requests as you want in your private queue. We work on one active request at a time, in the priority order you choose.
Most standard requests receive an initial version within three to five business days. Original logos, detailed illustrations, and landing pages may take longer depending on complexity.
After subscribing, you receive access to a private project board where you can provide instructions, exact wording, images, sketches, links, files, and reference examples.
The number of revision rounds depends on your package. Revisions must remain reasonably consistent with the original request. A completely different concept or direction may be treated as a new request.
Yes. After the project is approved and all related payments have cleared, you receive commercial usage rights to the completed final design. BRSV DESIGN may display reduced, watermarked versions in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
No. T-shirt packages include the design artwork and print-ready files. Shirts, printing, shipping, licensing, and production expenses are separate.
BRSV DESIGN cannot provide unauthorized commercial artwork using protected characters, company logos, or trademarks. You must own or have permission to use any supplied material.
No. Because design time and production capacity are reserved when payment is received, subscription payments and completed-service payments are nonrefundable.
